- General -
My commissions are NOT fcfs, if I am overwhelmed by quotes I will pick which commissions to take on.

Materials
As I don’t have a huge fur stock, unless I have the colour already, you will have to wait 1 week-ish for fur to arrive, and 1-2 months for me to make. It will likely be finished early.

If you want a very specific fur from a specific place you will have to pay a shipping charge as i’m based in the UK.

All my paws are default lined with white lycra and cuffed with a minky colour that was used in the design. If you’d like a specific type of fabric or specific pattern theme /colour fabric, or even no lining at all, let me know!There may be a small extra charge to cover it depending on what you’d like.

References
As expected, I will need a reference sheet of your character! I require all references to be:
- Digitally Drawn
- Clear markings
- Clear perameters
- SFW only
It is important to note that I will be working to replicate the reference as closely as possible, so please make your reference accurate!—-
Schedule
I am unlikely to work on weekends. I will happily send wips and updates though!
- Payment -
I do not offer payment plans just yet, please save up before coming to me, thank you.

I take payment through Etsy. This is so that you can leave reviews on my shop easily! Once we have talked and decided a final price, I will ask you to contact me on Etsy so i can set up a private custom listing.
- Refunds -
When you contact me for a quote, there is no charge or expectation for you to commission me.

Reserving a slot with me means you intend to commission me, and will be put onto my current commission list on trello.

Once you pay me, I start buying the materials I need to start your commission.

If you back out after this, I will keep all the money needed to cover materials purchased.

If you back out when the commission is in progress, I will keep all the money that covered materials, and my time spent on the commission up until this point.

TLDR: Please try to refrain from backing out after payment, unless its emergent!
- Communication -
I communicate very often! I will give updates on everything, and I ask questions frequently. If this is too overwhelming for you, please let me know so i can tone it down! I don’t want to stress people out!

To tack onto this, my sleep schedule is very wacky most of the time and timezones are hard to keep track of. if I end up messaging you at an inappropriate time please be lenient! let me know and I will try my best to check timezones from then on.

If you ghost me/don’t respond for more than 7 days of me trying to contact you after we’ve arranged something, your commission will be cancelled. I understand people have lives outside of their commission- but please don’t ghost me, communication is important!

Please do not rush me, asking for updates is totally okay and I will be happy to oblige but i am still a person and making things takes a lot of effort. my turnarounds range from 2 days to 2 months depending on the commission sometimes, so please be patient :)

I reserve the right to change my prices + T.O.S at any time! I don’t do it very often, and when I do change prices it’s usually at an increase, not a decrease. If you have enquired about commisioning me and I have confirmed your order with a final total, any price changes that occur after that dont effect you!
